Retail technology in India has to handle a unique set of constraints: unreliable internet, complex taxation rules, and the need for absolute speed at checkout. Cloud-only POS systems fail when the connection drops, which is why I engineer offline-first solutions.

Using technologies like Rust and Tauri on the desktop paired with local SQLite databases, I build POS systems that process transactions instantly, regardless of internet connectivity. These systems sync quietly in the background when the connection is restored, ensuring data integrity without blocking the cashier.

Inventory management is tightly integrated. I implement rapid barcode processing and automated low-stock alerts. Because the core system is custom, we can build specialized workflows for your specific vertical, whether that's handling bulk pricing for wholesale or managing perishable goods.

To complement the in-store experience, I develop mobile commerce PWAs that allow your regular customers to browse inventory and place pickup or local delivery orders. This creates an omnichannel experience that matches the convenience of large aggregators, but under your own brand.
